Benefits

We offer an attractive range of benefits which are reviewed every year.

Sponsorship

Students offered training contracts will have both their GDL (CPE) and LPC+ course fees paid although we do not pay these retrospectively. A maintenance grant of £7,200 will also be provided for each course.

Salaries

Starting pay for trainees is £37,000 rising to £40,000 in the second year. 

Flexible Benefits

We have a flexible system where trainees can choose to have the benefits which are most important to them, including a choice of gym membership, travel insurance, membership of a wine club, critical illness insurance and dental insurance.

Holidays

Trainees have 25 days paid holiday per year.
