Delivery of stand alone tax advise to business clients and transactional advice as part of firm wide teams which understand the client’s commercial objectives distinguishes us from many other corporate tax teams. We have particular expertise in corporate group tax structuring and in the complex tax issues associated with all forms of commercial property investment and development. We also provide innovative tax input to all types of financing transactions, often with a significant cross-border element, and are significantly involved in limited partnership and other funds work.

Our business sectors include banking, real estate, hotel and leisure, retail, insurance, government and other public bodies.

We are looking for a further associate with several years’ tax experience. This role will offer a balance of work between property, corporate and finance related tax and therefore candidates should ideally have experience of one or more of these areas. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, ambitious and enterprising.
