Richard is broadly experienced in domestic commercial and corporate litigation, both at High Court and County Court.
He has experience of multi-jurisdictional cross-border disputes, including arbitration under International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA”) and the American Arbitration Association's International Centre for Dispute Resolution ("ICDR") regimes. Richard is a member of the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group.
Domestically, Richard has wide experience in the resolution of corporate and commercial contractual disputes, including sales of goods and breach of warranty claims, as well as banking and insolvency-related litigation. Richard also has experience in civil fraud matters and the enforcement of domestic and foreign judgments, and is familiar with mediation and other forms of ADR.
