Michael Wistow

Michael is Head of the Tax Department and specialises in corporate, finance and real estate based transactions and clients, including real estate finance, property funds, securitisation, leasing and tax-based structured financings and corporate acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.  As well as advising corporates, investors and banks on the tax aspects of their real estate strategies, he has particular experience in applying securitisation and tax-based structured finance techniques to the financing of real estate portfolios and “whole businesses” and has worked with both originators and lead managers in transactions involving the office, retail, pub, water and healthcare sectors.
