Lucy is involved in developing the knowledge and information management strategy for the firm and managing the firm's knowledge management processes, ensuring that our lawyers have access to cutting-edge know-how and information tools. The firm's know-how system received the 2004 e-Loties award for "the Best Knowledge Management/Information Portal". Lucy is also responsible for the firm's library and team of professional support lawyers.
Lucy has 20 years experience in law, both as a practitioner and knowledge professional. She has an MBA in Law Firm Management.
