Keith has nearly 30 years' experience in a broad range of work in the company and corporate finance arena, and handles flotations, de-mergers, acquisitions and disposals for a variety of clients, ranging from FTSE 100 companies to family run businesses. Keith is also head of the Hotels and Leisure team for M&A and has handled a vast number of transactions in this industry over the years acting for a variety of household names.
