Ed also advises banks and finance houses. His experience includes advising in relation to security enforcement and ISDA contract disputes.
Ed also acts for clients in relation to financial services disputes, advising on FSA investigations of regulated firms and on enforcement actions relating to offences such as insider dealing and market abuse.
