David Harrison is BLP’s Head of EU and Competition Law. He has represented many major organisations in competition proceedings at Community and national level. He has 20 years’ experience of advising, in London and Brussels, on mergers and joint ventures in a wide variety of sectors, and on behavioural investigations before the European Commission and national competition authorities. He has wide experience of advising on commercial agreements and practices and on other areas of EU law including State aids, public procurement, the EU single market and various regulated sectors.
David has been recommended as a leading lawyer in all editions of Chambers Global - The World’s Leading Lawyers, as well as well as by the European Legal 500 and other directories.
David is described as having a "strong work ethic and impressive grasp of the issues surrounding international cartel investigations” (Chambers 2009)
