Carol Mulcahy

Carol has over 20 years experience of litigating contractual disputes (both domestic and international) in relation to a wide variety of commercial transactions and industry sectors. These include disputes relating to joint ventures, distribution agreements, computer contracts and outsourcing agreements.

She has particular expertise in international commercial arbitration together with ancillary proceedings before the courts in connection with the arbitral process and enforcement of awards.

Carol is former Secretary of the London Solicitors' Litigation Association. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Chartered Arbitrator.

Carol writes for a number of publications and her articles have been published in Solicitors Journal and Arbitration as well as other legal journals. She has recently contributed chapters on contractual remedies and dispute resolution to the 4th Edition of Contract Law in Perspective, Cavendish, 2004.
