BLP advises Glotel plc on recommended cash offer by Spring Group plc

Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP (BLP) acted for Glotel plc (Glotel) in relation to the recommended cash offer for Glotel by technology staffing and workforce management company Spring Group plc (Spring).  Headquartered in the UK, Glotel is a specialist provider of telecom, networking and IT consultants with operations in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.

The Offer valued each Glotel Share at 70 pence and the issued share capital and in the money options of Glotel at approximately £27.2m.
