Our asset finance lawyers have extensive knowledge of the full spectrum of asset-financing techniques, including secured lending, leasing (finance leasing, operating leasing, hire-purchase and conditional sale arrangements), as well as receivables financing, and we act for banks, financiers, manufacturers and lessees of all types, both domestic and international.
