Advice relating to the provision of shipping finance is a highly specialised area of law and is one in which we have many years of experience. Our lawyers advise on all types of domestic and international shipping and ship finance transactions, representing banks, other financial institutions and ship owners and operators. In particular, we advise on the financing of all types of new build and second hand ships and maritime assets by means of bilateral and syndicated loans, operating and finance leases and project and structured finance. Other areas of our work include off balance sheet financings, finance related insurance products, credit enhancement structures and products, and environmental and regulatory issues.
