Project finance has become a major means of funding large-scale developments in the private and quasi-public sectors. Our project finance team has worked on a range of transactions including shipping finance, aircraft finance, financing oil production and storage vessels and medical equipment finance. This experience encompasses a variety of sectors including power, aircraft and PFI transactions. We are experienced in representing a wide range of parties in PFI/PPP projects, including those financed by wrapped project bonds. We have been actively involved in limited recourse financing for many years and the firm has acted on some of the largest deals signed in this area.
Members of the team have project finance experience spanning a wide range of sectors, including production facilities in Bangladesh, waste disposal and energy production in the UK and the Middle East, nuclear power production in the Czech Republic, and mobile telephone and cable networks in Thailand and in Central and Eastern Europe.
