Our private equity and venture capital practice is highly regarded. We act for management teams, private equity houses, business angels and a number of the larger and mid-tier institutional investors. Transactional work is partner-led, with a client relationship partner responsible for ensuring that the client's needs are serviced efficiently and at the most appropriate level.
